SHLY DECK COMPANY “Free Truck Giveaway” Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor

Sponsor: Shly Deck Company, a Pennsylvania limited liability company, with principal office at 100 Bell Ave. Carnegie, PA 15106 (“Sponsor”).

2. Sweepstakes Name

Free Truck Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”).

3. Sweepstakes Period

Begins February 8th 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends July 4th 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (“Sweepstakes Period”). All dates and times refer to Eastern Time. Sponsor's computer system shall be the official timekeeper for purposes of determining the timeliness of entries.

4. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of Pennsylvania and Ohio who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Not eligible: Sponsor's owners, officers, directors, managers, employees, agents, representatives, contractors, and immediate family members (defined as spouse, domestic partner, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, grandchild, and the spouses of each) and household members (whether related or not) of each such person. Also not eligible are employees, officers, directors, and agents of any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging, or fulfillment of this Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members and household members of each such person.

5. How to Enter

You may enter by either method below. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.

5.1 Referral Entry (Optional)

You will receive one (1) entry for each Qualified Referral submitted during the Sweepstakes Period.

“Qualified Referral” means a referral that satisfies all of the following criteria: (a) refers a potential customer who is not already in Sponsor's customer database, active sales pipeline, or marketing lists as of the date of referral submission; (b) is submitted through Sponsor's designated referral channel at https://shlydeckcompany.com/free-truck-sweepstakes/; (c) includes all of the following minimum required information: Referral's full name, valid phone number, email address, type of service sought, and property address; (d) is submitted by an eligible entrant during the Sweepstakes Period; and (e) contains accurate information provided in good faith. A referral is not required to result in a sale, contract, or any purchase to qualify as a Qualified Referral. Sponsor will not condition entry, qualification of a referral, or winning on any purchase or payment by the entrant or the referred party. For clarity, the person making the referral (the entrant) need not be a customer of Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify referrals that are incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, autogenerated, submitted in violation of these Official Rules, or otherwise do not meet the definition of Qualified Referral. Sponsor will make determinations regarding whether a referral is "Qualified" in its sole discretion exercised in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Official Rules. Such determinations shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.

5.2 Free Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

Mail-In: Hand-print or type your full legal name, complete mailing address (including street address, city, state, and zip code), valid email address (if available), telephone number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card or piece of paper. Place the card in a separate stamped envelope and mail to: Shly Deck Company, Attn: Free Truck Giveaway Sweepstakes Entry, 100 Bell Ave., Carnegie, PA 15106. Each entry must be mailed in a separate envelope with proper first-class postage affixed. Photocopies, mechanical reproductions, or facsimiles will not be accepted. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 1, 2026 and received by Sponsor before the Sweepstakes Period ends. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due mail.

6. Entry Limits and Conditions

• Limit: One (1) entry per person per calendar day during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method used. For purposes of this limit, a "day" is defined as the twenty-four (24) hour period beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. If an entrant submits more than the stated number of entries, only the first entry received that day will be eligible; all subsequent entries that day will be void.
• Entries must be submitted by a natural person. Use of bots, scripts, automated entry systems, or third-party services is prohibited.
• Entries become Sponsor's property and will not be acknowledged or returned.

7. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded:

Prize: One (1) 2026 Ford Maverick pickup truck, baseline model, color: blue. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Thirty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Dollars ($34,998.00). ARV is based on manufacturer's suggested retail price as of February 8, 2026 and may vary based on actual vehicle specifications, market conditions, and point of delivery. Actual value may be higher or lower depending on market fluctuations and vehicle availability at time of award.

Cash Alternative: In lieu of the vehicle, winner may elect to receive a cash payment of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00). Winner must notify Sponsor in writing of winner's election within three (3) business days of receiving the winner notification. If winner does not timely make an election, Sponsor may require winner to accept the vehicle prize.

Prize is awarded “AS IS” and without warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. WINNER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES (INCLUDING INCOME TAXES) ON THE PRIZE. Sponsor will report the value of the prize to the Internal Revenue Service as required by law and will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner if the prize value equals or exceeds $600. Winner is also solely responsible for all other costs and expenses not expressly stated as included in the prize, including without limitation: vehicle registration fees, title transfer fees, licensing fees, insurance premiums, inspection and emissions compliance costs, fuel, maintenance, repairs, and any costs associated with traveling to pick up the prize or having it delivered. Winner should consult with a tax professional regarding the tax implications of accepting the prize. The estimated tax liability on a prize of this value could exceed $8,000 depending on the winner's tax bracket and jurisdiction.

Compliance Note: Vehicle may not meet inspection or emissions requirements in some jurisdictions. Winner is responsible to determine and satisfy all requirements for lawful registration and operation.

Pickup/Delivery: Winner must pick up the vehicle at Shly Deck Company, located at 100 Bell Ave. Carnegie, PA 15106 by July 10, 2026, unless Sponsor agrees otherwise in writing. Winner must present a valid driver's license and proof of insurance as reasonably requested before transfer.

Transfer/Substitution: Prize is non-transferable. No substitution except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable.

8. Odds

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Selection

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about July 4th noon Sponsor may use a random number generator and assigns entries identifiers in Sponsor's discretion.

Sponsor's decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

10. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within ten (10) business days after the drawing.

Potential winner must timely complete and return any required documentation, which may include:

• Affidavit of Eligibility
• Liability Release
• Publicity Release (where lawful)
• IRS Form W-9

Failure to respond within five (5) days or failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner's name, likeness, voice, and hometown/state for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Winner releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to Sponsor's exercise of the rights granted herein. Winner represents and warrants that winner has the full right and authority to grant these rights and that such grant does not violate any third-party rights or any agreement to which winner is a party. Winner waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product or materials in which winner's name, likeness, voice, photograph, image, or hometown/state appears.

12. General Conditions, Disqualification, and Fraud

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries, or for technical failures or errors of any kind.

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes, submits fraudulent entries, or violates these Rules. If the Sweepstakes is compromised, Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify, and conduct the drawing from eligible non-suspect entries received as of the termination date.

Entries are deemed submitted by the “authorized account holder” of the email address used for entry.

13. Privacy

Information collected is used to administer the Sweepstakes and for related promotional purposes as described in Sponsor's privacy policy at https://shlydeckcompany.com/privacy-policy.cfm Sponsor will not sell personal information and will not share it except to administer the Sweepstakes or as required by law.

14. Releases, Disclaimer of Liability, Class Action Waiver

By entering, entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, and vendors (the “Released Parties”) from claims arising out of participation or acceptance/use of the prize, including travel related to claiming the prize.

To the extent permitted by applicable law: (a) disputes will be resolved individually, without class action; (b) recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs not to exceed $250; (c) no punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages; (d) no injunctive or equitable relief. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
