John is an Angel in disguise. So courteous and considerate; hard working and conscientious. He promised and delivered nothing but the best for my broken down deck. He and the Shly company went WAY above and beyond to make sure I was able to get back outside on my deck after years of being trapped inside.The Shly team showed up and worked quickly and quietly, even in the rain! They cleaned up the area they worked on, even surrounding unaffected areas. They strove to make me happy, and after seeing their work I was stunned. After only one year of using our small 10x12 deck built by our home builder, we decided to have it taken down and replaced with a 14x18 deck with stairs and a gate. We’ve worked with lots of contractors over the years, and this is by far the best experience we’ve had. The crew arrived at the same time every day, were very kind and respectful, and are so talented. The guys adjusted really quickly to some last minute changes, and the admin team was great about dealing with our borough to take care of permitting. The Shly team kept us updated and everyone was so friendly and nice to work with. We now have a big, beautiful deck around our pool and can enjoy our outdoor space like we never have before!
